Carestream Industrial Digital Radiography Training
We are pleased to offer specialized training programs designed to specifically meet the needs of industrial radiographers. Courses are designed to help students transition from film to digital radiography. We provide students with the understanding that they need to evaluate, qualify, and implement digital technologies into production environments. Students take daily quizzes and a final exam to reinforce learning. Students will operate laptop computers to learn software tools to assist in interpretation. Our classroom instruction meets SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, and ASME training requirements. Upon completion of our courses, students obtain a level of understanding that allows them to confidently utilize digital imaging for radiographic non-destructive evaluation. Digital Industrial Radiography
Industrial Radiography Utilizing Digital Imaging
This course offers technical and practical training designed to meet industry’s demanding guidelines for digital radiography training and qualifications.
Qualifies for (10) points towards ASNT NDT Certification renewals.
Pre-requisite - RT Level I, II or III.
Classes given at our training facility in Rochester, NY.

DICONDE Software and Industrial Archiving
This class is designed for radiographers who have already completed our Digital Industrial Radiography digital training, and desire in depth training focusing on data management.
This course offers software training with the ayData NDT archive. The DICONDE study/series/image job setup organization tool is summarized in order to organize data into searchable fields. Transfer of images between locations is reviewed utilizing the Industrex and cloud based web interface.
- 40 Hours.
- Qualifies for (10) points towards ASNT NDT certification renewals.

Brian White, Carestream Non-Destructive Testing
Brian currently serves as a research and product development scientist, supporting the Carestream digital radiography business. A former film engineer at Eastman Kodak Company, Brian has designed computed radiography and digital detector array radiography systems at Carestream. His current focus is on product development, image quality, and radiography applications. Brian is an active member of the ASTM radiography standards committee (E07.01), and serves as the membership secretary for the executive main committee (E07). Brian also serves as a member of the ASME working group on radiography (SG-VM) (SC V), and contributes towards the development of digital radiography codes and standards. Brian is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Imaging Science.
Peter Brunnenräber, ayData Management
Peter currently serves as the chief technology officer and lead engineer for ayData Management, supporting the NDT archive business. He has worked on data storage and archival systems over the last twenty years in the document, communications, and medical markets with the last ten years solely focused on DICOM. Peter is an active member and vice-chairman of the ASTM working group on DICONDE standards (E07.11). Peter is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
George Hodges, Hodges NDT, LLC Radiography Consulting Services
George is a certified ASNT and NAS-410 Level 3 in film and non-film radiography with over 32 years of experience. Upon retirement as a test engineer for the US Army at Redstone, he pursued opportunities as an engineering consultant in radiography to provide training, certification, and other Level 3 services to organizations desiring to advance their digital radiographic programs. He has extensive experience with film and digital radiographic modalities including radiographic testing (RT), computed radiography (CR), digital radiography (DR), computed tomography (CT), and flash X-ray (FXR). His radiographic background includes a variety of x-ray systems ranging from 220 kV micro-focus to 9 MeV linear accelerators, as well as inspection of military ordnance and other department of defense industry hardware. George has expertise with written practice, procedure, and technique development. He led the design, procurement, construction, and installation of X-ray systems at Redstone.
Toni Bailey, TB3 NDT Consulting LLC
Antionette "Toni" Bailey is a Level III NDT instructor, examiner, auditor for the aviation, defense and space systems industries. Her expertise for non-film radiography is as follows: equipment / modality selection for customers, factory acceptance and machine acceptance tests, procedure, technique and process control development and implementation per ASTM standards, prime specifications and NADCAP accreditation requirements. She is a US Airforce veteran and was an associate instructor for Hellier NDT and instructor for the ASNT Center for Excellence from 2011 to 2018. Toni is an ASNT / NAS-410 Level III in the following methods; Nital Etch (NE), MT (magnetic particle), PT (liquid penetrant), ET (eddy current), UT (ultrasonic), RT (radiographic), IRRSP (Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel). She is the Regional Director for ASNT Region 2 (northeast) and Chairman of the ASNT Electromagnetics Committee.
