Todd Clegg is the Chief Executive Officer at Carestream Health, Inc.

Todd is an experienced executive, investor and board member with two decades of experience helping lead organizations through periods of growth, innovation and transition. Prior to joining Carestream, he was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation where he covered financial services, healthcare and tech-enabled services. At Onex, he oversaw a team of individuals responsible for sourcing, overseeing, growing, and exiting control investments in private companies. Over his 17 years at Onex, he was responsible for 14 platform company investments representing over $7 billion of invested equity and more than a hundred add-on investments and financings.

Prior to Onex, Todd was an investment banker at JPMorgan. 

Todd is a current board member of Carestream Health, Lannett, QualTek Services and The Goddard Center. He is a prior board member of Wealth Enhancement Group, OneDigital, Sedgwick Claims Management, Ryan Specialty Group, Convex Group, York Risk Services, USI, The Warranty Group and the Stanley Isaacs Center.

Todd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and lives in New York City.

Anastasios Strouzos est vice-président principal de la division Ventes mondiales et marketing de Carestream Health et membre de l’équipe de direction de la société.

M. Strouzos a rejoint Carestream en 2009 en tant que Directeur général pour la Grèce, Chypre et l’Albanie. En 2011, sa responsabilité a été étendue à la région Europe en tant que Directeur général de la division des films médicaux. Ces dernières années, il a été responsable de de la nouvelle instauration de la commercialisation et a transformé l’équipe européenne en équipe commerciale, avec la mentalité « le client d’abord », accroissant les parts de marché et des bénéfices.

En février 2013, il a été nommé Directeur général mondial de la division d’impression, conduisant l’équipe à concrétiser le plan annuel d’exploitation d’une année sur l’autre, dans un environnement difficile en favorisant la part de marché, l’innovation et la croissance des bénéfices.

M. Strouzos est passionné par la définition de la vision, le développement de stratégies, la création d’équipes et la direction d’organisations pour atteindre les objectifs par l’excellence fonctionnelle et l’engagement de l’équipe. La mentalité « le client d’abord » doit être au centre du processus de prise de décision pour ses équipes.

Avant de rejoindre Carestream Health, il a occupé pendant 10 ans différents postes de Ventes et marketing chez J&J et Novartis.

M. Strouzos est titulaire d’un M.B.A. de l’Hellenic Management Association d’Athènes et d’une licence en administration des affaires de l’Université du Pirée. Il est installé à Athènes.

Kristen Goodman is Chief Human Resources Officer at Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization; overseeing the development and execution of Carestream’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business plan while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Kristen joined Carestream in 2014, during which her tenure includes former positions as IT Applications Manager and Vice President, HR.

Kristen’s diverse experience over 20 years in Information Technology and Human Resources brings a unique vision and leadership to the role. Prior to joining Carestream, Kristen held various IT Program and Service Management positions at EDS, HP and Oracle. Bridging the spaces between people and systems, her expertise in both industries brings innovation and solutions, enabling innovation in HR administration, productivity, and business objectives.

Kristen holds a Bachelor's of Science from New Hampshire College and Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Megan Marquez is Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for all FP&A driving financial strategy and operational efficiency and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.

Mrs. Marquez has deep expertise in operations finance driving cost optimization, margin improvement and sustainable business performance after serving six years as the Company’s Director of Operations Finance. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of the Consumables Business Unit. She has a proven ability to lead, develop and mentor high-performing finance teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and professional excellence.

Prior to joining Carestream, Mrs. Marquez spent time in public accounting at KPMG and then in internal audit for other manufacturing companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Northern Colorado.

Alan Stevens is the Vice President of Corporate Finance, Treasurer, and Chief Tax Officer at Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Julie M. Lewis est Directrice juridique et secrétaire générale, également membre de l’équipe de direction de la société. Dans ce rôle, elle dirige l'organisation juridique mondiale de l'entreprise, y compris les services chargés de la propriété intellectuelle, de la confidentialité, de la conformité et de la sécurité de Carestream.

Mme Lewis est forte de 25 ans d’expérience en droit privé, public et corporatif. Ancienne directrice juridique adjointe, directrice de la confidentialité et actuellement chef de la conformité chez Carestream, elle a occupé le poste de conseillère juridique principale de la société pour les divisions du film médical et dentaire, tout en supervisant les procédures contentieuses internationales de la société.

Parallèlement à sa gestion des transactions commerciales complexes et des questions de droit du travail, elle a été nommée responsable de la confidentialité chez Carestream en 2016 et a supervisé le programme de mise en conformité avec l’initiative de l’Union européenne sur la confidentialité des données de 2018 (connue sous le nom de RGPD). Elle a également mené plusieurs enquêtes internationales et représenté la société devant les tribunaux fédéraux et d'État, ainsi que devant plusieurs agences administratives mondiales.

Avant de rejoindre Carestream, Mme Lewis a été conseillère juridique adjointe du district du comté de Monroe, dans l’État de New York. Elle y a poursuivi des actes délictueux graves et a été associée au service des litiges commerciaux de Harris Beach, LLC, dont elle présidait le comité de la diversité. Elle était également professeure auxiliaire au St John Fisher College. Elle a également été membre du conseil d’administration de la Monroe County Bar Association et membre du conseil de fondation et vice-présidente de son Comité judiciaire. Mme Lewis est une conférencière fréquente lors de conférences nationales et d'événements dans les domaines juridique, de la confidentialité et de la conformité.

Mme Lewis est titulaire d’un doctorat en droit de la Capital University et d’une licence de journalisme de l’Ohio State University, pour laquelle elle a étudié à l’Université d’Oxford en Angleterre.

Kunal Singhal is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role Mr. Singhal is responsible for overseeing the company’s global strategy and execution for business growth, innovation, transformation and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Mr. Singhal brings 24+ years of experience across multiple industries, working in management roles supporting boards, investors, and management teams across different areas including Operations, Finance, Business Units P&Ls, as well as all corporate functions. He is the strategic business advisor and business partner to the management teams, Carestream’s board of directors, and our investors.

Prior to joining Carestream, he was the Head of Finance Operations and Transformation for Gainwell Technologies, a private equity owned portfolio company. He played a pivotal role in large scale transformation and was responsible for standing up the company through a large scale carve-out and subsequent M&A integrating a $700 million asset into the company driving significant savings, supporting growth, and differentiated solution delivery.

Previously, he has held several management and consulting positions supporting private equity owned portfolio companies of Blackstone, Onex, Veritas, Carlyle, Genstar Capital, amongst others.

Mr. Singhal brings an unparalleled level of expertise and strategic insight to our team. Throughout his illustrious career he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex market dynamics, drive growth and foster operational excellence across a multitude of organization.

Mr. Singhal hold bachelor’s degree in financial accounting and auditing from University of Mumbai.
