Compliance and Ethics

We have the privilege of making a positive difference for millions of people every day by providing those we serve with the products and services they need to improve and save lives. Our continued success in performing this important work depends on our ability, along with our business partners, to reinforce our company's uncompromising commitment to integrity. In so doing, it unites us in a common purpose to build upon our reputation as a trusted leader in imaging and nondestructive testing systems.

We Do the Right Things the Right Way to improve the customer experience through trust, respect, and integrity.

Carestream has implemented a comprehensive compliance program consistent with the U.S. Department of Justice's Guidelines for an Effective Compliance Program, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and industry codes of ethics. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure such requirements are implemented, communicated, and enforced in our daily business. We also have a Code of Conduct that employees are trained on annually, as well as a helpline available to our employee base and third-party business partners to report any concerns of potential violations.

As a medical device company, Carestream reports all transfers of value to those recipients governed by country specific transparency laws. In the U.S. under the Physicians Payments Sunshine Act ("Sunshine Act") Carestream reports value transfers, including: meals, hospitality, travel and payments for professional services, research agreements and educational grants, to qualifying individuals
