Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical Supply Chain (DLA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center (VA NAC) are responsible for the acquisition and management of radiology and imaging systems, subsystems, and components along with maintenance services, training, and incidental services related to the supply of the equipment for customers located in the United States and worldwide.

SPE2D1-17-D-0019 is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract providing the supply of radiology and imaging systems and accessories along with maintenance services, training, and incidental services related to the purchase of Carestream equipment.

Authority to issue delivery orders
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support - Medical Supply Chain (DLA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center (VA NAC) are the only activities authorized to place delivery orders under this ID/IQ contract, except as otherwise delegated in writing by the DLA or VA NAC.
However, orders may be issued in support of requirements from the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or other Federal Agencies/Organizations and foreign governments through the DoD foreign military sales programs.

Description
SPE2D1-18-D-7004 is for Medical Equipment, maintenance of Medical Equipment, and/or Spare parts/Repair parts of medical equipment through the DLA Electronic Catalog System (eCAT).
Can be purchased
Medical equipment, as defined as that equipment used by medical professionals, technicians, and laboratory personnel to perform a treatment, test or operation. Along with medical equipment, the following may be required: classroom training, repair parts, maintenance of the item and installation when applicable. The value of each individual item must be $250,000 or less.
Only non-configurable items, for example detectors and supplies, may be ordered using eCAT.

Schedule 67 Contract Number: GS02F057CA
Description
This Federal Supply Schedule is administered by GSA and provides all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) film, imaging plates, Chemistry, Processors available to government agencies. Carestream maintains a prime contract, as well as relationships with many distributors to enable access to the full range of Carestream NDT products.
