These durable, lightweight computed radiography systems are also used in military field operations, as well as in remote rural areas of developing countries, usually as part of local or regional teleradiology services.  

Carestream Health’s Point-of-Care tabletop CR systems enable all imaging functions to be performed within one affordable platform that includes: the single-plate CR reader, flexible phosphor screens, advanced image management software and a PC-based review station.
