당사는 아래 제품과 관련하여 Tube & Yoke Assembly의 screw가 빠져 있는 장비가 1대 확인되었습니다. 스크류가 빠져있는 상태로 사용하는 장비의 존재가능성은 희박하나, 스크류가 없음으로 인해 assembly가 분리될수 있는 위험이 있는바 예방조치 차원에서 모든 장비를 전수조사하여 해당 스크류의 여부를 확인하고자 합니다. 이는 전세계적으로 1건 발생하였고, 상해는 없었습니다. 국내 발생건수는 없으며, 본 내용은 식약처에 보고후 진행하는 사전예방조치로 7월말까지 완료 예정 입니다.
