Duane Sachs Joins Carestream Health As Chief Corporate Development Officer

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 22—Duane Sachs has joined Carestream Health, Inc., as Chief Corporate Development Officer and a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

He will be responsible for the creation and execution of Carestream Health’s merger and acquisition strategy and for the development of strategic growth plans.

Most recently, Sachs served as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Banc of America Securities. In his nine years with Banc of America Securities, he focused exclusively on providing strategic and financial advice to leading healthcare companies.

Sachs previously was an Associate with Peter J. Solomon Company, a merger and acquisition advisory boutique.

With nearly 15 years’ experience in investment banking, he has executed more than $60 billion of debt, equity and merger and acquisition transactions.

Sachs holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
