Todd Clegg is the Chief Executive Officer at Carestream Health, Inc.
Todd is an experienced executive, investor and board member with two decades of experience helping lead organizations through periods of growth, innovation and transition. Prior to joining Carestream, he was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation where he covered financial services, healthcare and tech-enabled services. At Onex, he oversaw a team of individuals responsible for sourcing, overseeing, growing, and exiting control investments in private companies. Over his 17 years at Onex, he was responsible for 14 platform company investments representing over $7 billion of invested equity and more than a hundred add-on investments and financings.
Prior to Onex, Todd was an investment banker at JPMorgan.
Todd is a current board member of Carestream Health, Lannett, QualTek Services and The Goddard Center. He is a prior board member of Wealth Enhancement Group, OneDigital, Sedgwick Claims Management, Ryan Specialty Group, Convex Group, York Risk Services, USI, The Warranty Group and the Stanley Isaacs Center.
Todd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and lives in New York City.
Liu Jie is President, Greater China Cluster of Carestream and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Liu Jie has approximately 30 years of experience in the field of medical imaging. Before joining Carestream, Liu Jie had acted as General Manager of Greater China Cluster in Kodak Health Group, and as Sales & Marketing Director of Greater China Cluster in Draeger Medical Group. When serving in Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., he had accomplished two integration projects, playing a decisive role in Draeger’s business evolvement in Greater China Cluster.
Liu Jie had previously worked in GE Medical Group for eight consecutive years, serving successively as Sales Representative, CT Product Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, General Manager of Greater China X-ray Modality, simultaneously developing cooperative relationships between GE Healthcare Group with Ministry of Health and many medical institutions.
Liu Jie is a Chinese Society of Radiology Certified Radiologist, graduating from School of Medicine, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, holding EMBA Degree awarded by both China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He had also held the position of Attending Physician of Radiology Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. for 10 years.
Liu Jie is also Vice-Chairman of China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) and China Association of Medical Equipment (CAME).
Robyn Hooker McCall is Chief Information Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, Ms. Hooker McCall is responsible for the company’s global information technology strategy and execution for business growth and innovation. As CIO, she manages delivery of technology solutions across the organization, information security, technology infrastructure and global IT services.
Ms. Hooker McCall brings 25 years of information technology experience to the role with expertise in business transformation, IT effectiveness and realizing the strategic benefits of IT across the enterprise. Prior to joining Carestream, she held CIO positions with GCP Applied Technologies and Birla Carbon where she led global programs focused on enterprise transformation, business intelligence and building organizational capabilities in support of market differentiation and sustainability.
Previously, she was a senior manager with management consultancy firm Accenture where she delivered transformation projects for large, multi-national companies in the chemical manufacturing and consumer products sectors.
Ms. Hooker McCall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tasos Strouzos is President and General Manager of the Consumables Business Unit and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
With more than two decades of experience in the International Healthcare Industry, Tasos has a strong track record of setting vision, developing strategies, building teams, and leading organizations to achieve goals by providing both strategic and operational leadership. He joined Carestream in 2009 and had different leadership positions during his tenure. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing at Carestream where he had responsibility of strategy, product management, business development and marketing.
Prior to joining Carestream Health, he served 10 years on various Sales and Marketing positions with J&J and Novartis.
Tasos holds an MBA from the Hellenic Management Association of Athens and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. He is based in Athens.
Vincent Chan is President and General Manager of the Digital Radiography business and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge, Vincent has a strong track record in driving market share, revenue and profit growth. Combined with over 20 years in the healthcare industry, he has a demonstrated passion for customers, teamwork, and continuous improvement. He has built a strong network of customers and business partners in multiple geographies to support the company’s growth strategy.
Vincent held various positions with Philips Healthcare, prior to joining Carestream. Before he started his career in healthcare, he was in process, IT, and management consulting with Accenture and Boston Consulting group.
Vincent has worked and lived in France, North America and various Southeast Asia countries. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Julie M. Lewis is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide legal organization, including Carestream’s Intellectual Property, Privacy, Compliance and Security Departments.
Ms. Lewis brings more than 25 years of private, public and corporate legal experience to the role. Formerly Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and current Chief Compliance Officer, for Carestream, she served as the company’s lead attorney for its medical film and dental businesses, along with overseeing the company’s global litigation proceedings.
In addition to managing complex commercial transactions and employment law matters, she was appointed Carestream’s Chief Privacy Officer in 2016 and oversaw the program to achieve compliance with the European Union’s 2018 data privacy initiative (known as GDPR). She has also led several international investigations and represented the Company in Federal and State Court, and before multiple global administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Carestream, Ms. Lewis was an Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, N.Y., where she prosecuted violent felony cases and was a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department of Harris Beach, LLC, and its Diversity Committee chair, along with serving as an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher College. She was also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association Board of Trustees and was a Foundation Board Member and Vice Chair of its Judiciary Committee. Ms. Lewis is a frequent speaker at national conferences and legal, privacy and compliance events.
Ms. Lewis holds a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University, which included study at the University of Oxford in England.
Renee A. Noll is Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization.
Ms. Noll brings more than 25 years of public, private and corporate human resources experience to the role with expertise in compensation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Carestream, she spent most of her career as Vice President, Total Rewards for Bausch + Lomb where she was responsible for the company’s total rewards strategy and execution including executive compensation, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, employee relations and related areas. She also provided consulting services on executive compensation and other HR business practices as the Managing Director of Optimal HR Solutions.
Ms. Noll was also a member of the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley Board of Directors as Vice Chair and chaired several committees for nine years, and is still active in the Foundation’s grant making process.
Ms. Noll holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Scott Rosa is Chief Financial Officer of Carestream Health. He is responsible for all aspects of the Finance organization and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Mr. Rosa brings a depth of technical expertise and financial experience to Carestream. Most recently, he served as Controller at Carestream where he had responsibility for the worldwide accounting and internal control structure of the company. In addition, as an initial member of the Finance leadership during Carestream’s formation, Mr. Rosa helped establish the Finance organization and its operating mechanisms. He also assisted with multiple acquisitions and divestitures in this role.
Prior to joining Carestream, Mr. Rosa spent five years at Eastman Kodak in various Business Unit Controller roles, including serving as the Controller for Kodak's Health Group prior to its acquisition by Onex. Prior to Kodak, Mr. Rosa was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as an Assurance Manager for both large public and mid-sized private companies.
Mr. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
