Supercharge your processing productivity with Enhanced Visualization Processing (EVP) Plus. It improves the efficiency of obtaining preferred looks by utilizing mutually independent parameter controls, provides multiple out-of-the-box looks and allows customization of looks to a site’s preferences. EVP Plus provides better noise control, sharpness, contrast and density while minimizing artifacts.
Tube and Line
Be sure with a single exposure. Tube & Line Enhancement creates a companion image and uses optimized processing for clearer, easier visualization of PICC lines and tubes. It increases confidence that tubes and lines are placed correctly – and remain in position.
Bone Suppression utilizes Artificial Intelligence to create a companion image and suppress the appearance of bone to enhance the visualization of soft tissue — while requiring no additional exposure to the patient. This supports increased clinical confidence of pathology assessments.
Save time with Pneumothorax Visualization processing. It creates a companion image from the original exposure that is optimized to accentuate the appearance of free air in the chest cavity — supporting accurate diagnoses and enhanced patient care.
Provides default acquisition techniques and image-processing parameters optimized specifically for each pediatric patient's body size — from the smallest neonatal patient to the largest adolescent. The seven-band multi-frequency processing delivers improved noise suppression and enhances details for more productive pediatric exams.
SmartGrid processing provides image quality comparable to images acquired with an anti-scatter grid – but at a reduced patient dose in bedside chest imaging. It suppresses the effect of scatter to improve the anatomical contrast.The benefits of grid-like image quality without the use of an anti-scatter grid can lead to faster workflow and ease of imaging for radiographers.
Long Length Imaging
Long Length Imaging allows the capture of vertebral and long-bone images — then automatically stitches the images from multiple (up to five) detector acquisitions. It represents a new perfomance benchmark for speed and efficiency in long length imaging
This option uses patented differential filtration to subtract rapidly acquired low and high energy acquisitions for the generation of bone and soft tissue images. It allows for improved detection sensitivity for abnormalities in the lung and also improved assessment at the entrance exposure of a standard PA chest X-ray
Digital Tomosynthesis acquires multiple projection images at varying orientations of the x-ray tube, patient and detector, then reconstructs these projection images into a series of slices. Its seperation of overlapping structures is similar to that of a standard CT exam, but works at a much lower dose. In comparison to conventional radiography, Digital Tomosynthesis provides more accurate depth location while improving the contrast visualization of local structures — by removing over and underlying anatomy.
