The powerful economics of roll-to-roll processing

While ITO films are produced using an inefficient vacuum batch process, FLEXX films are manufactured by continuous roll coating. No deposition chambers or vaporized metals are involved. There is virtually no wasted material and manufacturing times are at least half of the ITO process.
